About Martellato USA

Martellato USA is the U.S. division of Martellato SRL, an Italian company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing professional equipment for bakeries, pastry makers and ice cream shops.

What began as a family business in the early 1980s has grown into a global company with a broad network of distributors covering Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Owners Albertin Michele and Martellato Alessandro, along with company president Malek Moussan, opened Martellato USA on April 1, 2010, with the goal of becoming the largest distributor of pastry chef’s equipment in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America.

However, Martellato’s primary goal, as it was in Italy, is client satisfaction, and the introduction of original products to fulfill customer requirements. Toward this end, the company’s research and development division create a selection of new and innovative items every year.
